Raffle ticket purchases will be processed within 72 hours of receipt. Tickets can be collected from Reception after this time, or can be left with staff if you’re not going to be present on the night.

Prizes are distributed on a first come basis. If you are not present and request a certain prize, we will do our best to accommodate that. If no requested prize is available, staff will select the highest value item from what remains.

If a prize is won and the winner notified, prizes will not be held for any longer than 5 days. Postage may be able to be organised at the customer’s expense.
