Function Hire

The Function Room

Rinks 1 & 2 comfortably seat 150 each depending on the type of function. They are available for a range of functions, including: Weddings, Birthdays, Engagement Party, Anniversary, Work Functions, Christmas Parties, Conferences and Seminars. Rooms can be divided for a multi-functional space. Both rooms (Rinks 1 & 2) have A/V equipment available. Certain functions may attract additional fees. A Bar is available for both rooms.

The Members Room

The Members room has a full size billiard table, a private bar and direct access to the bowling greens via a balcony. Seating approximately 100, this room is available to hire for functions or indoor/outdoor  bowls activities subject to availability. This room has A/V equipment available for use.

The Boardroom

The Boardroom is located upstairs, away from passage ways, and is available for hire.  It can seat 15 people comfortably. This room has A/V equipment available.

Birthdays & Anniversaries

We’ll help make your celebration memorable by organising everything for you, or if you prefer, you can do it yourself! We can arrange entertainment, decorations, even the cake! We can also create customised cocktails to suit your theme. There are several catering options available, so speak to our Function Coordinator for more information.

Funerals & Wakes

Funerals and Wakes can be held at Benalla Bowls Club. We will help make this difficult time a little easier for you. There are several catering options available. Contact the Functions Coordinator on 03 5762 2094 to discuss your individual requirements.

Meetings & Conferences

All of our function rooms have audio-visual and other presentation equipment available on request, are air conditioned and have access to restrooms. Tea and coffee making facilities are available on request. Seating arrangements can be altered to suit your requirements. The ground-floor is wheelchair accessible with direct access to the bowling greens via a balcony.

Benalla Bowls Club has great facilities including: function and meeting rooms, bowling greens, fully licensed bar and bistro where you can get delicious meals seven days a week.
